The November 2005 Voyage of Understanding
Following the success of its recent Journey of Understanding, as featured on BBC Radio 4’s Open Country Programme, Encompass- The Daniel Braden Reconciliation Trust undertook its fifth Voyage of Understanding.
30 young people from Israel, Indonesia, Palestinian Territories and UK came together for an experience of a lifetime as well as facilitated discussions and other unique opportunities to develop cross-cultural understanding. Their journey took them from Portsmouth to Bruges, to St Malo and back to Southampton.
