Welcome Naseera!
We’re thrilled to welcome Naseera Kassam, our Youth Development Coordinator, to the Encompass team!
Straight from her role as Head of Operations at the Ansar Youth Project, Naseera brings with her valuable project , training and events management experience, particularly in culturally sensitive and innovative models of youth work. Here in the Encompass office, she is already hard at work developing a long-term strategy for ensuring that the young people returning from their ‘Journey of Understanding’ programmes receive the support and encouragement they need to act as ambassadors for intercultural understanding and peace. As well as working one-on-one with the UK participants, Naseera is implementing a series of training sessions and exploring avenues to get our young people involved in existing projects as well as setting up and leading their own!
