Encompass training!
Naseera Kassam, the Encompass Youth Development Coordinator, will wow the Encompass UK alumni this Sunday with a tailor-made training session, designed specifically to develop their skills and confidence to take their experience on the Journey of Understanding programme further, and use it to benefit others around them.
Naseera says…
“This will be a high quality short course to enhance the confidence of participants keen on impacting their local community through delivering Encompass-style workshops to other people, develop their skills in communication and skills in workshop facilitation.”
Sunday’s training will take at St Ethelburga’s Centre for Reconcilitation Peace and Encompass is excited about further partnership working with St Ethelburga’s coming up in the next few months!
