Encompass Trust Indonesia

The Encompass alumni in Indonesia have been working hard, supported by their mentor and our Encompass representative in Indonesia, Mr Heroe Soeprapto and his team, to develop the work of Encompass in Indonesia.
There are now more than 60 Indonesian alumni of Encompass, who have been taking part in our ‘Journey of Understanding’ programmes since Encompass first began, all the way back in 2003!
Encompass Indonesia is based in and around Malang in the East of the island of Java.

The Encompass Indonesia team are developing activities for all alumni returning from their ‘Journey of Understanding’ to get involved in, which promote the Encompass message and include:
*A video documentary about Encompass, using footage both filmed in Indonesia and during the February 2010 ‘Journey of Understanding’, which will be aired on Indonesian TV!
*Arts workshops and a competition around plurality and diversity in harmony for children and young people in the community
